YKP Connect is excited to launch the Young Professionals Spotlight Series — and this month our light shines on Alfred Kibowen.🌟

Alfred, is a molecular genetics researcher based in New Haven, CT. Originally from Kenya, Alfred is dedicated to studying the genetic, cellular, and molecular mechanisms underlying diseases with the goal of advancing healthcare research. Outside of his work, he enjoys building community and expressing creativity through hip-hop and Afrobeats dance.
